摘要
针对传统还原清洗工艺中保险粉气味大,易被氧化分解,还原清洗效果不稳定,织物易变色泛黄,环境污染严重等问题,开发了新型还原清洗剂QH-2808A。探讨了新型还原清洗剂QH-2808A的用量、还原温度、还原时间、Na OH用量对还原清洗效果的影响,测试了织物的耐皂洗色牢度、耐摩擦色牢度、色差,对比了新型还原清洗剂QH-2808A和传统保险粉的还原清洗效果及剥色效果。结果表明,新型还原清洗剂QH-2808A最佳还原清洗工艺用量:新型还原清洗剂QH-2808A 2.0~4.0 g/L,Na OH 1.0~2.0 g/L,80~90℃保温15~20 min;新型还原清洗剂QH-2808A与保险粉剥色效果相当,且具有较好的还原清洗效果,还原清洗后织物色变小,处理过程中无臭味。
In order to solve the problems such as big odor of sodium hyposulfite, easy oxidative decomposition, unstable reductive cleaning effect, easy discoloration and yellowing of fabric and serious environmental pollution in the traditional reduction cleaning process, a new type of reductive cleaning agent QH-2808 A was developed. The effects of the dosage of novel reductive cleaning agent QH-2808 A, temperature, time and amount of Na OH on the reductive cleaning effect were investigated. The soaping color fastness, rubbing color fastness and color difference of the fabric were tested. The QH-2808 A reduction cleaning process and stripping process is compared with the traditional reconstituted cleaning process and stripping process. The results show that the best reduction cleaning process for QH-2808 A was as follows: the dosage of new type of reducing agent QH-2808 A is 2.0~4.0 g/L, the dosage of Na OH is 1.0~2.0 g/L, treated at 80~90 ℃ for 15~20 min. The new type of reducing cleaning agent QH-2808 A is better than the traditional sodium hyposulfite when it is used for reduction cleaning after polyester dyeing or polyester fabric stripping, and has small color change after reduction cleaning,and odor-free during the treatment.
