摘要
①目的 探讨重症监护室(ICU)护士执业发展规划及工作绩效满意度对心理韧性的影响,为提高护士应对临床事件的心理素质提供理论依据。②方法 于2018年11月~2019年1月采用心理弹性量表、职业生涯发展量表对秦皇岛市3所三甲医院的ICU护士进行问卷调查。统计ICU护士的心理韧性状况并分析职业发展规划及工作绩效满意度对其心理韧性的影响。③结果 护士心理韧性评分为(60.15±15.38)。多因素分析结果显示:性别、工作绩效满意度、人生目标、职业生涯规划、学习积极性是护士心理韧性的影响因素。④结论 应重视ICU护士工作绩效满意度、职业发展等方面的提升,从而提升护士心理韧性,提高工作效率,减少护士转岗率。
        Objective To explore the influence of ICU nurses' professional development planning and job performance satisfaction on psychological resilience,and to provide evidence for improving nurses psychological quality in coping with clinical events.Methods From November 2018 to January 2019,ICU nurses from three first-class hospitals in Qinhuangdao City were investigated by Psychological Elasticity Scale and Career Development Scale.The mental resilience status of ICU nurses and the impact of ICU nurses' career development planning and job performance satisfaction on mental resilience were analyzed.Results Nurses' occupational resilience score was(60.15±15.38).Multivariate analysis showed that gender,job performance satisfaction,life goals,career planning and learning enthusiasm were the influencing factors of nurses' career resilience.Conclusion We should pay attention to the improvement of ICU nurses' performance satisfaction and career development,so as to enhance their professional resilience,improve work efficiency,reduce the transfer rate of nurses,and promote the rehabilitation of patients.
