摘要
介绍了采用一体化批序式沉淀A~2/O工艺的广东省某污水处理厂,设计规模为3 000 m~3/d。叙述了该工艺的流程、原理、特点、设计参数和主要设备。6个月试运行结果表明,NH_4~+-N、TN、TP的去除率分别为88%、77%、82%,出水水质达到GB 18918-2002的一级A标准。污水处理厂投资786.94万元,占地面积为1 560 m~2,单位占地面积0.52 m~2/(m~3·d),单位运行费用为0.484元/t。一体化批序式沉淀A2/O工艺具有占地面积少、投资运行费用低等特点,可为城镇污水处理的设计提供借鉴。
A sewage treatment plant in Guangdong Province using integrated batch sedimentation A~2/O process was introduced, with a design scale of 3 000 m~3/d. The process, principle, characteristics, design parameters and main equipment of the process were described. The results of 6-month trial operation showed that the removal rates of NH_3-N, TN and TP were 88%, 77% and 82% respectively, and the effluent quality reached the first class A standard of GB18918-2002. The sewage plant invested 7 786 400 yuan, covering an area of 1,560 m~2, with a unit area of 0.52 m~2/(m~3·d) and a unit operating cost of 0.484 yuan/t. The integrated batch sedimentation A~2/O process has the characteristics of small area and low investment and operation cost, which can provide reference for the design of municipal sewage treatment.
