医院博士生科研导师制的探讨

摘要
提高科研创新能力是增强医院核心竞争能力的重要手段,而医院中的博士生是医院科研发展的中坚力量。如何提高博士生的科研创新能力直接关系医院的发展和进步。为此,我院科研管理部门在博士生中探索实施科研导师制,以进一步加强科研人才队伍建设,营造良好科研氛围,提高医院综合发展水平。笔者就医院博士生实施导师制的必要性,具体的措施,取得的成效进行叙述,以供他人参考和借鉴。
Improving the scientific research innovation ability is an important means to enhance the core competitiveness of a hospital, and the doctoral students are the backbone of scientific research development in a hospital. Improving innovation ability of scientific research among doctoral students is directly related to the development and progress of a hospital. Thus, the scientific research management department of our hospital explored and implemented the scientific research tutor system among doctoral students to further strengthen scientific research talent team building, create a good atmosphere for scientific research, and to improve the overall development of the hospital. The author stated the necessity, specific measures, and the achievements of the doctoral tutor system in the hospital to provide reference for others.
