摘要

在基层教学医院开展以临床医学专业课程整合为基础的农村订单定向医生培养模式的改革,解决现有以"学科"为基础的传统教学模式中存在的问题,有针对性地就专业课程整合、教学安排、教学医院选择、教学团队建设和形成性评价等关键环节提出相应的建议和解决方法,有效提高教学效果和教学质量。
        The reform of rural order oriented doctors training mode based on curriculum integration of clinical medicine was implemented in primary teaching hospitals. This reform solved problems existed in the traditional teaching mode based on subjects, put forward corresponding suggestion and methods according to specialized curriculum integration, teaching arrangement, teaching hospital selection, teaching team construction and formative evaluation, and improved teaching effect and quality.
