摘要
以CL50D钢为原料,在实验室条件下,添加微量稀土Ce进行微合金化处理,用真空感应炉熔炼CL50D-Ce试验钢。结果表明:随着Ce含量的增加,试验钢的力学性能及耐腐蚀性能均有所提高,但Ce含量较高时又会恶化试验钢的力学性能及抗腐蚀性能;最佳Ce含量0.009%,此时,抗拉强度、屈服强度、伸长率和维氏硬度分别提高了22 MPa、40 MPa、1%和29.31 HV0.1。
The CL50D-Ce test steel was melted in vacuum induction furnace by using CL50D steel as raw material and trace rare earth Ce as microalloying agent under laboratory conditions.The results show that the mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of the tested steel are improved with the increase of Ce content.But when Ce content exceeds the critical value,both the mechanical properties and corrosion resistance are deteriorated.The optimum Ce content is 0.009% so that the tensile strength,yield strength,specific elongation and Vickers hardness can be increased by 22 MPa,40 MPa,1% and 29.31 HV0.1,respectively.
