摘要
为了进一步研究新化合物HNPC-A14344/14343的杀螨生物活性,采用Potter喷雾法研究了HNPC-A14344/14343对朱砂叶螨螨卵的活性。结果表明:HNPC-A14344对朱砂叶螨螨卵具有优异活性,LC_(50)值为5.78 mg·L~(-1),其对螨卵的活性优于对照药剂螺虫乙酯LC_(50)8.65 mg·L~(-1),稍优于螺螨酯LC_(50)6.05 mg·L~(-1),且HNPC-A14344对螨卵的活性明显优于HNPC-A14343,HNPC-A14344具有进一步研究与开发价值。
In order to further study the acaricidal activities of HNPC-A14344/14343, the acaricidal activities of HNPC-A14344/14343 against the Tetranychus cinnabarinus(Boisduval) were tested by the Potter nebulization method. The results of bioassay indicated that HNPC-A14344 showed excellent activity against the Tetranychus cinnabarinus(Boisduval) at the value of LC_(50)5.78 mg·L~(-1), which was superior to that of spirotetramat, a LC_(50) value of 8.65 mg·L~(-1), and a little better than that of Spirodiclofen, a LC_(50) value of 6.05 mg·L~(-1). Furthermore, the activity of HNPC-A14344 against the Tetranychus cinnabarinus(Boisduval) is obviously superior to that of HNPC-A14343.HNPC-A14344 was valuable for further research and development.
