摘要
4Cr5MoSiV1钢热挤压具在使用中出现表面擦伤和畸变的早期失效现象。采用金相检验和能谱分析等手段对有典型缺陷的模具进行了失效分析。结果表明:热挤压模具出现表面擦伤和畸变现象的原因是模具圆角设计和润滑不良及其热强性不足所致。
A hot extrusion die made of 4 Cr5 MoSiV1 steel exhibited prematurely both surface scratch and deformation in service. Metallographical testing and energy spectrum analysis were performed for the die having typical defects. The results showed that the surface scratch and deformation of the hot extrusion die were attributed to poor both filleted corner design and lubrication as well as to insufficient high-temperature strength.
