摘要
通过力学性能检验、金相显微镜观察和透射电镜观察,对球扁钢不同位置的组织与性能进行分析。结果表明,球扁钢的腹板和球头性能都满足DH36钢的要求,腹板的韧脆转变温度约为-49℃,球头的为-37.5℃,腹板的晶粒度约为9.5级,球头为7.5级;球头比腹板的第二相数量多,粒子尺寸小,能弥补由于组织差异带来的强度差别,改善球扁钢截面性能的均匀性。
The microstructures and mechanical properties of bulb-flat steel in different location were studied by mechanical properties test, optical microscopy observation and TEM observation.The results show that the properties of flat and bulb of the bulb-flat steel can meet the requirement of DH36. The ductile-brittle of the flat is-49 ℃, the bulb is-37.5 ℃.The grain size of the flat is about grade 9.5, and the bulb is 7.5. The numbers of second phase in bulbare more than that in flat,and the dimension is smaller, which can cover the difference of strength generated by microstructure difference, and then,the homogeneity of the properties of the section of bulb-flat steel improves.
