摘要
选用白云鄂博尾矿及粉煤灰为主要原料,采用熔融法制备得到了Ca O-Al_2O_3-Mg O-SiO_2(CAMS)系尾矿微晶玻璃。借助差热分析、X射线衍射以及扫描电子显微镜、维氏硬度仪等研究了La_2O_3和CeO_2对尾矿微晶玻璃析晶行为、显微结构及性能的影响。结果表明,添加La_2O_3和CeO_2后尾矿微晶玻璃的主晶相均未发生改变,但稀土的添加会诱导微晶玻璃内产生元素集聚体。聚集体内Si元素分布均匀,稀土元素以及Al、Na聚集,元素Ca和Fe缺失。聚集体的形成致密化玻璃网络结构,从而增加裂纹扩展阻力,消耗裂纹扩展过程中的能量,抑制裂纹的扩展并最终提高材料的维氏硬度。
        Tailing glass-ceramics in the Ca O-Al2 O3-Mg O-SiO_2( CAMS) quaternary system were produced by melting method,using solid waste such as Bayan Obo mine tailing and fly ash as main sources of raw materials. Effect of La_2O_3 and CeO_2 on the crystallization behavior,microstructure and properties of glass-ceramics samples were analyzed by means of differential thermal analysis, X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy and Vickers hardness tester. The results show that the main phase was almost no change by adding La_2O_3 or CeO_2,but the element aggregates can be formed by rare earth ions.The distribution of Si elements in aggregates was uniform,while the accumulation of rare earth elements and Al and Na and the absence of Ca,and Fe elements can be observed in aggregates. As a result,the densification of glass network can be increased. The formation of aggregates can increase crack growth resistance,consume energy in crack propagation process, inhibit crack propagation and ultimately improve the Vickers hardness.
