摘要
为研究冷却速度对Si-Cr型55SiCr弹簧钢组织和性能的影响,通过热力学分析计算,研究了冷奥氏体连续冷却转变规律。结果表明:在680℃冷却速度不高于1℃/s时进行等温控制相变,可得到具有均匀索氏体组织和良好的预期性能的Si-Cr型55SiCr弹簧钢。
In order to study the influence of cooling rate on the microstructure and properties of Si-Cr type 55 SiCr spring steel,the continuous cooling transformation rule of cooled austenite was researched by thermodynamic analysis and calculation.The results show that Si-Cr type 55 SiCr spring steel with uniform sorbite and expected excellent mechanical properties can be obtained when isothermal control phase transition at cooling rate less than 1℃/s at 680℃
