摘要
55SiCr弹簧钢为原材料,通过热模拟、金相组织、显微硬度检测等研究了过冷奥氏体连续转变曲线,并对实际生产过程中的轧制温度和轧后冷却速度进行了研究。结果表明,CCT曲线显示55SiCr组织中马氏体生成的临界冷却速度约3℃/s,且马氏体开始生成温度Ms点约245℃;为保证55SiCr的强韧综合性能,其轧制变形温度应该控制在900~1 000℃;为获得珠光体+铁素体组织,实际生产过程中55SiCr保温温度不应大于900℃,且轧后冷速不大于10℃/s。
        The 55 SiCr spring steel as the raw material,through thermal simulation,microstructure and microhardness testing supercooled austenite continuous transformation curve were studied,and the actual production in the process of rolling temperature and cooling speed after rolling were investigated.The results show that the critical cooling rate of martensite formed in 55 SiCr spring steel is 3 ℃/s,and the Ms point of 55 SiCr spring steel is about 245℃.In order to ensure its excellent comprehensive mechanical properties of 55 SiCr spring steel,the rolling deformation temperature should be controlled in 900~1 000 ℃;the insulation temperature in the process of actual production should not be greater than900℃ for getting the pearlite+ferrite in the matrix,and the cooling speed after rolling is not more than 10℃/s.
