改良冰敷方式在正颌术后患者的应用分析与研究

摘要
目的探讨改良冰敷方式对正颌患者术后面部肿胀和疼痛的影响。方法选取2014年8月-2018年3月入住我院颌面外科的22例牙颌面畸形的患者,根据就诊先后顺序进行编号,按单、双号将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各11例。对照组采用传统冰敷方式,观察组采用改良冰敷方式,比较2组患者术后面部肿胀程度、疼痛程度。结果术后1 d,2组面部肿胀程度比较,差异无统计学意义(Z=-1.156,P=0.248);术后3 d及7 d,观察组面部肿胀程度均轻于对照组(Z=-1.993,P=0.046;Z=-2.078,P=0.038),观察组术后1、2及3 d疼痛程度均轻于对照组(Z=-2.092,P=0.036;Z=-2.078,P=0.038;Z=-2.268,P=0.023)。结论改良冰敷方式的冰敷效果优于传统的冰敷,能有效减轻正颌术后患者面部肿胀和疼痛。
Objective To investigate the effect of applying the modified ice compress on the postoperative swelling and pain of orthognathic patients. Methods Twenty-two patients with maxillofacial deformity and admitted to our department between August 2014 and March 2018 were selected and numbered according to the sequence of visits. The patients were divided into an observation group and a control group according to their even and odd numbers, each of 11. The control group was treated with the traditional ice compress, while the observation group was done using the modified ice compress. The degree of swelling and pain were compared between the two groups at different times after operation. Results One day after the operation, no significant differences were observed between the two groups in swelling(Z=-1.156, P=0.248). However, 3 and 7 days after the operation, the swelling of the observation group were significantly milder than those of the control group(Z=-1.993, P=0.046; Z=-2.078, P=0.038). One, two and three days after the operation, the pain of the observation was significantly lighter than that of the control group(Z=-2.092, P=0.036; Z=-2.078, P=0.038; Z=-2.268, P=0.023). Conclusion The modified ice compress is superior to the traditional ice compress in relieving postoperative swelling and pain of patients after the orthognathic surgery.
