摘要
某电厂失活蜂窝脱硝催化剂为研究对象。预清洗处理后,以偏钒酸铵为活性前驱体,硫酸、一乙醇胺和草酸作为溶剂,采用鼓泡浸渍植入法制得再生催化剂。通过XRD、BET等表征手段对再生前后催化剂样品进行表征。结果显示,V_2O_5、WO_3活性成分仍以高分散的形态分布在钛白粉载体表面上。反应溶剂对再生前后催化剂晶型无影响,以一乙醇胺作为溶剂时制的样品晶粒更小。各个样品的比表面积、孔容和活性都有所增加,以草酸作为溶剂时催化剂增加最多。
        The deactivation of a honeycomb denitration catalyst in a power plant was studied. After the preclening, the ammonium vanadate as the active precursor, sulfuric acid, ethanolamine and oxalic acid as solvent. the regenerated catalyst was prepared by bubbling impregnation The samples were characterized by XRD, BET and other characterization methods. The results showed that the active components of V_2O_5 and WO_3 were still high dispersed on the surface of titanium dioxide carrier. The reaction solvent has no effect on the crystal shape of the catalyst before and after regeneration, and the sample crystal particle is smaller when the ethanolamine is used as the solvent. The sample surface area、pore volume and catalytic activity were increased, When oxalic acid was used as solvent, the catalyst increased most.
