摘要
本文提出采用变编码技术提高60GHz ROF-OFDM系统的传输性能。通过对60GHz毫米波OFDM信号在光纤传输中的色散效应进行理论分析,得到60GHz毫米波OFDM信号在传输过程中,随着传输带宽的增加以及传输距离的增长,OFDM信号的高频区域子载波会受到频率选择性衰减效应的影响,产生严重的幅度衰减,导致系统误码分布不均的情况出现。为了均衡误码分布,提高系统传输容量,我们提出将变编码技术应用于60GHz ROF-OFDM系统中。验证分析发现,在60GHz ROF-OFDM系统中使用变编码技术能够有效的提高ROF系统的接收灵敏度,增强系统的传输可靠性。并且在相同冗余度下,变编码技术比固定编码效率的Turbo编码性能更优。
        In this paper, the adaptive code rate technique(ACT) is adopted and investigated in 60 GHz ROF-OFDM system. Firstly, we have theoretically analyzed that the existence of frequency selective fading(FF) in the 60 GHz ROF-OFDM system will cause an unbalanced bit error distribution and degrade the system performance. Then we propose to employ the adaptive code rate technique(ACT) in 60 GHz ROF-OFDM to combat FF. Simulation results show that the receiver sensitivity of the 60 GHz ROF-OFDM system employing ACT is improved significantly. And the results also shows that the signals employing ACT perfomance better performance compared with the signals employing fixed rate turbo code in the case of same length redundancy.
