2015-2018年湛江中心人民医院化痰止咳平喘类中药饮片的用药使用分析

摘要
目的分析我院化痰止咳平喘类中药饮片的用药使用情况。方法通过我院的药品数据库收集整理2015年1月至2018年12月化痰止咳平喘类中药饮片的年销售量和销售额、各亚类的年用量以及年销售量排名情况。结果我院2015年1月至2018年12月化痰止咳平喘类中药饮片年销售量、各亚类清化热痰药逐年递增,其年销售额也随着年销售量的增加逐年递增,但在中药饮片年用量中化痰止咳平喘类中药饮片年销售量占比上升较平缓;止咳平喘药和温化寒痰药的年用量均呈连年递减的趋势。结论我院化痰止咳平喘类中药饮片的用药使用情况基本合理。
Objective To analyze the use of Chinese medicine decoction.Methods Through the drug database of our hospital,collect the annual sales volume and sales of phlegm and cough and asthma-reducing traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces inJanuary 2015 to December 2018;the annual dosage of each sub-category of phlegm and cough-relieving Chinese medicine decoction pieces in January 2015 to December 2018;In January 2015 to December 2018,the annual sales volume of the main phlegm and blood stasis and relieving asthmatic Chinese medicine decoction pieces.Results From January 2015 to December 2018,the annual sales of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces for resolving phlegm,relieving cough and relieving asthma in our hospital and each subclass of qinghua hot phlegm medicine increased year by year,and the annual sales also increased year by year with the increase of the annual sales.However,in the annual dosage of TCM decoction pieces,the proportion of the annual sales of TCM decoction pieces in resolving phlegm,relieving cough and relieving asthma rose gently.The annual dosage of cough antiasthmatic and cold phlegm warming drugs both showed a trend of decreasing year by year.Conclusion The sales volume of Chinese herbal medicine decoction for relieving cough and relieving asthma in our hospital is increasing year by year.The use of HuayuZhikePingchuan traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces is basically reasonable.The analysis of the use of phlegm and blood stasis and relieving asthma in our hospital is helpful for clinical rational use of drugs.
