摘要
目的:探讨Pim1蛋白在健康人群、乳腺炎和乳腺癌患者乳腺组织中的表达差异和临床特征。方法:对我院空白组(39例正常居民)、乳腺炎组(39例乳腺炎患者)、癌旁组织组(39例乳腺癌患者的癌旁组织)、腺癌组织组(39例乳腺癌患者的乳腺癌组织)4组对象进行研究,检测各组对象乳腺组织中Pim1蛋白表达水平的差异,分析乳腺癌患者临床病情对其Pim1蛋白表达水平的影响。结果:乳腺炎组、腺癌组织组、癌旁组织组患者Pim1蛋白表达与空白组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);癌旁组织组Pim1蛋白表达与腺癌组织组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Pim1蛋白表达与乳腺癌患者的淋巴结转移、TNM分期、ER表达有关(P<0.05),与患者的年龄、组织学分级、PR及Her-2无关;以乳腺癌患者Pim1蛋白表达评定为因变量,以淋巴结转移、TNM分期、ER为自变量。影响乳腺癌患者Pim1蛋白表达的主要因素为:ER表达(OR=4.759)、淋巴结转移(OR=3.127)、TNM分期(OR=2.664)。结论:Pim1蛋白与乳腺炎、乳腺癌的发生发展存在密切关系,该指标检测可一定程度上评估患者乳腺炎症现状和癌变风险,对于乳腺癌早期诊断具有一定参考价值。
        Objective:To explore the expression differences and clinical features of Pim1 protein in breast tissue of healthy population,mastitis and breast cancer patients.Methods:Between September 2017 and September 2018,during the blank group(39 cases of normal people)in our hospital,mastitis group(39 patients with mastitis),tissue adjacent to carcinoma group(39 cases of patients with breast cancer tissue adjacent to carcinoma),adenocarcinoma tissue group(39 patients with breast cancer of breast tissue)four groups of objects,object detection of four groups of Pim1 protein expression in breast tissue level difference,analysis of patients with breast cancer clinical condition on its Pim1 protein expression level.Results:Compared with the blank group,there were statistically significant differences in the expression of Pim1 protein in the mastitis group,the adenocarcinoma group and the paracancerous tissue group(P<0.05).The difference in the expression of Pim1 protein was statistically significant between the paracancerous group and the adenocarcinoma group(P<0.05).Pim1 protein expression is associated with lymph node metastasis,TNM staging,and ER expression in breast cancer patients.Pim1 protein expression is independent of patient age,histological grade,PR and Her-2.Pim1 protein expression was evaluated as a dependent variable in breast cancer patients,with lymph node metastasis,TNM staging,and ER as independent variables.The main factors affecting the expression of Pim1 protein in breast cancer patients were:ER expression(OR=4.759),lymph node metastasis(OR=3.127),TNM staging(OR=2.664).Conclusions:Pim1 protein is closely related to the occurrence and development of mastitis and breast cancer.The detection of this indicator can assess the current situation of breast inflammation and the risk of cancer to a certain extent,which is of certain reference value for the early diagnosis of breast cancer.
