Q960E调质钢厚板的MAG焊接性及接头力学性能研究

摘要
通过焊接热影响区最高硬度试验和斜Y型坡口焊接裂纹试验,分析了30 mm厚Q960E调质高强钢板的焊接性,在此基础上优化了焊接工艺,采用熔化极混合气体保护焊进行钢板对接多道次焊接。研究表明,预热120℃时,钢板的淬硬倾向较小,表面和断面裂纹率均为零。焊缝区显微组织为细小的马氏体和针状铁素体,粗晶区组织为粗大板条马氏体,细晶区组织为细小的马氏体和贝氏体。焊缝的硬度高于母材,粗晶区的硬度最高;焊缝的冲击吸收功与母材相当,热影响区的冲击吸收功低于母材;焊接接头的抗拉强度与母材相当。
        The weldability of Q960 E high strength quenched and tempered steel plate with thickness of 30 mm was investigated by HAZ maximum hardness test and Y-groove cracking test. Based on this, the welding process was optimized,and the multi-pass butt welding of the steel plate was carried out by using metal active gas arc welding(MAG). The results show that when preheating at 120 ℃, the hardening tendency of the steel plate is small, and the rates of surface crack and section crack are both zero. The microstructure of weld zone is fine martensite and acicular ferrite, the microstructure of the coarse grain zone is coarse lath martensite, the microstructure of the fine grain zone is fine martensite and bainite. The hardness of welding seam is higher than that of base metal, the highest hardness appears in coarse grain zone. The impact energy of welding beam is at the same level with that of base metal, while the impact energy of HAZ is lower than that of base metal. The tensile strength of welded joint is at the same level with base metal.
