摘要
内蒙某锌硫矿含锌2.83%,硫22.48%。原矿嵌布粒度细,黄铁矿可浮性好,致使锌硫分离困难。使用TMA作为浮选闪锌矿的捕收剂,采用优先选锌,尾矿选硫工艺,有效解决了锌硫分离,获得锌精矿含锌48.18%,回收率88.18%,硫精矿含硫40.21%,硫回收率83.19%的较好选矿指标。为矿山生产提供了科学依据。
A zice sulfur ore from Inner Mongolia contains 2.83%of zice and 22.48%of sulfer.The minerals are finely disseminated,good flotability of pyrite brings about the difficult separation of zinc and sulfur.This research adopts the TMA as a flotation collector in the flowsheet of preferentially floating zinc-floating sulfur in tailings.So the separation of zice and sulfur was efficiently solved.The concentrate grade containing 48.18% Zn and 40.21% S was obtained with recovery of 88.18% Zn and 83.19% S.scientific and accurate basis for production is provided.
