摘要
为探究铆接方式对AA5052铝合金自冲铆接头静力学性能的影响,制备单向铆接方式(ZAA),双向铆接方式(ZAB和ZBA)3种接头,对其进行拉伸-剪切试验,分析接头的失效形式及宏观失效机理,研究接头的静失效载荷、能量吸收能力及刚度变化。结果表明:双向铆接方式相对于单向铆接方式可有效防止试件发生翘曲,且双铆钉拉伸失效形式均为板材断裂失效,ZBA组板材断裂部位为铆钉头接触处,ZAB组板材失效部位为铆钉管腿接触处,ZAA组板材失效部位则有铆钉头接触处和铆钉管腿接触处;ZAB组的失效载荷值最小,为7 051.7 N,小于ZAA组的7 154.7 N和ZBA组的7 228.0N,而ZAB组相对于其他组具有更好的能量吸收能力;双向铆接方式可有效提高接头刚度,但会使接头应力分布更趋复杂化。
        In order to explore the effect of riveting method on the static mechanical properties of self-piercing riveted joints in AA5052 aluminum alloy,three kinds of joints were made by ZAA method and ZAB and ZBA method. The tensile-shear tests were carried out to study the failure modes as well as the macroscopic failure mechanism of the joints. The static failure loads,energy absorption properties and shear stiffness of the joints were analyzed. The results show that,compared with one-way riveting method(ZAA),the two-way riveting method(ZAB and ZBA)can effectively prevent warping,and the tensile failure modes of double rivet are plate fracture failure,the plate fracture area of ZBA group is the contact plate of the rivet head,and the failure part of the ZAB group is the rivet tube leg contact plate,and ZAA group has two fracture parts,one is rivet head and the other is the rivet tube leg contact plate. The failure load value of ZAB group is the smallest of 7 051.7 N,while the ZAA group and the ZBA group are 7 154.7 N and 7 228.0 N,respectively,and the ZAB group has better energy absorption ability than other groups. The two-way riveting method can improve the stiffness of joints effectively,but at the same time,the stress distribution of joints is more complicated.
