建筑企业施工现场物资管理文献综述研究

摘要
物资管理成本占据项目成本的一半以上,是建筑企业必须重点关注的问题。文中主要对建筑企业的物资管理进行了研究,分别从物资成本控制、物资采购管理、物资仓储管理以及信息化管理方面进行了综述研究,最后给出了未来的研究方向。
Material management cost accounts for more than half of the project cost,which is a key concern of construction enterprises. In this paper,the material management of construction enterprises is studied. The material cost control,material procurement management,material storage management and information management are summarized. Finally,the future research directions are given.
