摘要
矿山水泵流量检测比对试验以所有试验数据服从正态分布的假设为前提。首先进行流量检测数据的稳定性分析,其次对每个实验室水泵流量比对试验的数据进行Grubbs检验以剔除离群值,再次用F检验判断流量检测数据的样本标准差的一致性,最后用t检验判断流量检测数据的样本均值的一致性。通过可行、合理的统计分析,在实验室中可以有效证实流量检测比对试验数据的一致性,在现场实际应用中取得了很好的效果。
        In the comparison test of water pump flow in the mine,the experimental data should be based on the hypothesis of the normal distribution. First,the data of its stability were analyzed and then the data in the comparison test of water pump flow were eliminated to the outliers in Grubbs-test performed in the laboratory. Secondly,F test was used to determine the consistency of sample standard deviation of flow test data. Finally,t test was used to determine the consistency of sample mean of pump flow test data. Through the above feasible and reasonable statistical analysis,the tested data on the consistency of the flow comparison can be effectively confirmed and good results have been achieved in the applications.
