ABMD评分在预防急性脑卒中合并下肢静脉血栓中的应用

摘要
目的探讨ABMD评分对急性脑卒中是否合并下肢静脉血栓提出预警。方法选择我院自2012年1月至2013年5月急性脑卒中者847例,并发下肢静脉血栓87例临床资料,提出ABMD评分。对2013年6月至2013年12月急性脑卒中患者400例随机化分成观察组(A组)和对照组(B组),每组200例。A组患者应用ABMD评分结果来进行下肢静脉血栓预防。B组患者采用临床经验化处理。对两组患者并发下肢静脉血栓情况进行比较。结果 A组并发下肢静脉血栓5%(10/200例),B组并发下肢静脉血栓12.5%(25/200例)。两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用ABMD评分可以对急性脑卒中患者是否并发下肢静脉血栓提出预警。
Objective To provide early warning for acute cerebral stroke complicated with deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs by observing the ABMD score. Methods 847 cases of acute cerebral apoplexy were admitted to our hospital during January 2012 to May 2013. The clinical data of 87 cases of venous thrombosis in lower extremities were analyzed and the ABMD score was derived. 400 cases with acute cerebral attack admitted during 2013 June to 2013 December were randomly divided into the acute stroke group(group A) and the control group(group B), 200 cases in each. Patients in group A were treated with ABMD score prevention measured for lower extremity venous thrombosis prevention.Patients in group B were treated with conventional measures. The occurrence of lower limb venous thrombosis was compared between the two groups of patients. Results 5%(10/200 cases)of patients in group A had venous thrombosis of the lower limbs, while 12.5%(25/200 cases) in group B had venous thrombosis of the lower limbs. The difference between the two groups was significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion the application of ABMD scores for patients with acute stroke is associated with lower limb vein thrombus occurrence.
