摘要
采用搅拌摩擦焊对6 mm厚5A06-H112铝合金与304L不锈钢异种金属进行对接连接,研究了接头的微观组织结构、组织成分和微观硬度。结果表明:搅拌针中心线偏向铝合金一侧,当搅拌头转速600 r/min,焊接速度50 mm/min时,能获得焊缝成形良好、无孔洞和裂纹等缺陷的对接接头。对接处铝合金和不锈钢混合充分,形成焊核。焊核区分布着洋葱环组织,成分分析表明焊核中有不锈钢碎片及金属间化合物存在,接头横向微观硬度呈阶跃分布。
        Both 6 mm 5A06-H112 aluminum alloy and 304L stainless steel were dissimilarly welded by friction stir lap welding. The microstructure,element distribution and micro hardness of butt joint were researched. The good butt-joints of 5A06-H112/304L were achieved by using appropriate process parameters. The defects of holes,cracks and others were not found. By choosing a pin that centerline deflection aluminum alloy side,a rotation speed of 600 r/min,a welding speed of 50 mm/min,the butt joint was non-defective. As aluminum alloy and stainless steel mix sufficiently,the weld nugget was formed. The onion ring group existed and composition analysis showed that there were pieces of stainless steel and intermetallic compound in weld nugget joint micro hardness distribution is step. The latitudinal micro hardness distribution was an approximate step type.
