摘要
利用美国NGA(Next Generation Attenuation)数据库提供的高质量数字强震数据,对美国西部地区自由地表基岩场地的竖直向地震动参数的衰减关系进行了研究,具体包括竖直向的峰值加速度PGA、峰值速度PGV及5%阻尼比绝对加速度反应谱(T=0.04~6.0 s)。将其与采用同样技术手段和同一套数据回归得到的水平向地震动参数衰减关系相结合,对模型化后的竖直向与水平向反应谱比V/H进行了计算,并对其随周期、震级、距离的变化关系进行了分析。新得到的竖直向地震动参数衰减关系的适用范围为Ms5.0~8.0,震中距0~200 km。
        New attenuation relationships among vertical strong ground-motion parameters of rock sites in Western US were presented here,they were regressed using high-quality digital strong motion records from NGA( Next Generation Attenuation) database. The new attenuation relationships focused on vertical PGA( peak ground acceleration),PGV( peak ground velocity) and spectral acceleration( period from 0. 04 to 6. 0s) with 5% damping ratio. Ratio of vertical component to horizontal one of spectral acceleration was calculated with another attenuation relationship,it was regressed using the same regression procedure and strong-motion data. The characteristics how V / H ratio varied with period, magnitude and distance were studied here. The new vertical attenuation relationships were recommended to be used with surface wave magnitude ranged from 5. 0 to 8. 0,and epicenter distance ranged from 0 to 200 km.
