摘要
本文建立分光光度法测定硝酸银中硫化物的含量,所描述的是一个钼酸盐方法,该方法用于测定硝酸银中不溶的硫-熊棕色残滤,以硫化物计来进行计算。在实验范围内,其吸光度与硫化物含量具有良好的线性关系,建立吸光度-含量曲线方程式y=0.0069x-0.0259,相关系数为0.9972,本方法灵敏度高,专属性强,重复性好。
A spectrophotometric method was established to determine the content of sulfides in silver nitrate. A molybdate method is described for the determination of insoluble sulfur-bear brown residues in silver nitrate and calculated by sulphide. Within the experimental range, Its absorption degree has a good linear relationship with the sulphide content,and the absorption-content curve equation Y = 0.0069x-0.0259 is established, and the correlation coefficient is 0.9972. This method has high sensitivity, strong specificity and good repeatability.
