摘要
目的了解广州市腹泻患者粪便中Aichi病毒的携带情况,并对其进行基因分析。方法在2015年至2018年,采集南方医科大学某附属医院门诊腹泻患者的粪便样本,利用PCR技术检测粪便中Aichi病毒。采用基因测序与序列比对的方法确认阳性样本,并且对阳性样本病毒序列进行基因进化分析,构建系统进化树。结果在1 002份腹泻患者粪便样本中,检测到2例Aichi病毒阳性标本,经基因分析一株病毒株为B基因型,另一株为A基因型。结论本研究首次在广东地区发现Aichi病毒,并首次在我国大陆地区检测到A基因型的Aichi病毒,但Aichi病毒总体检出率很低。
        Objective To understand the prevalence and phylogenetic characteristics of Aichi Virus in fecalsamples from patients with diarrhea in Guangzhou City.MethodsWe used PCR detection methods to detect Aichiviruses in fecal samples from patients with diarrhea between 2015 and 2018.ResultsA total of 1 002 fecal sampleswere collected from a hospital in Guangzhou city, only 2 positive samples were detected and verified. One positivesample was clustered in Aichi virus genotype B, and the other was clustered in genotype A.ConclusionThe detec-tion rate of Aichi virus in Guangzhou was very low. This is the first study to report Aichi virus in Guangdong Prov-ince and the first to report type A Aichi virus in the Chinese mainland.
