摘要
利用介质阻挡放电产生的大气压低温等离子体进行杀菌实验.选取大肠杆菌作为实验对象,观察在不同处理时间下大气压低温等离子体的杀菌效果.实验结果表明:大气压低温等离子体具有杀灭大肠杆菌的作用.前6 s内,杀菌效率较高; 6~15 s,杀菌效率逐渐降低.分析后认为,前6 s内杀菌效率较高,可能主要是因为等离子体形成过程中产生的紫外线对细菌有杀灭作用.
The authors carry out the sterilization experiment through non-thermal plasma at an atmospheric pressure produced by dielectric barrier discharge. Escherichia coli is used as the experimental object to observe the sterilization effect of non-thermal plasma at an atmospheric pressure at different treatment time. The experiment results are as follows: Non-thermal plasma at an atmospheric pressure has the killing effect on escherichia coli. The sterilization efficiency is higher in the former 6 s and decreases gradually during 6 ~ 15 s. After analysis,it is believed that the high sterilization efficiency in the former 6 s is mainly because of the killing effect of ultraviolet ray produced in the process of plasma formation on bacteria.
