我国近10年艾灸护理的CiteSpace知识图谱可视化分析

摘要
[目的]分析近10年艾灸护理领域的研究现状和研究热点,梳理知识结构,为临床开展中医护理提供支持。[方法]检索中国知网近10年发表的艾灸护理相关文献,经Refworks格式转换后,运用科学计量学工具CiteSpace对相关文献的作者、研究机构、关键词进行可视化分析。[结果]共纳入746篇相关文献,有31名作者发文量大于2篇。发文量最多的是福建中医药大学附属人民医院和厦门市中医院,各发表5篇。对168个关键词进行聚类,形成了10个关键词聚类标签,并从关键词中筛选出艾灸护理的十大优势病种。[结论]艾灸在护理领域的研究还有待深入,相关部门要加大科研经费的投入以及中医护理人员的培养。加强艾灸与其他中医操作的联合,以聚类结果为研究的依据,深化艾灸护理研究的横向与纵向发展。
Objective:To analyze the research status quo and hot spots in the field of moxibustion nursing in recent 10 years,sort out the knowledge structure,and provide support for the clinical development of traditional Chinese medicine nursing.Methods:The relevant literatures on moxibustion care published by CNKI in recent 10 years were researched.After conversion of Refworks format,authors,research institutions and keywords of related literatures received the visualization analysis with Citespace,a tool of scientometrics.Results:A total of 746 articles were included,with 31 authors publishing more than 2 articles.The hospitals in which related articles were published most included affiliated people′s hospital of Fujian university of traditional Chinese medicine and Chinese medicine hospital of Xiamen city,each with 5 articles published.The 168 key words were clustered to form 10 keywords cluster label,and the ten dominant diseases of moxibustion nursing were selected from the keywords.Conclusions:The research on moxibustion in nursing field needs to be further deepened,and relevant departments should increase the investment of scientific research funds and the training of TCM nursing personnel.It is necessary to strengthen the combination between moxibustion and other traditional Chinese medicine operations,deepen the horizontal and vertical development of moxibustion nursing research based on the clustering results.
