摘要
目的探讨采用肺腺癌穿刺活检标本检测棘皮动物微管相关类蛋白4(EML4)与间变性淋巴瘤激酶(ALK)融合基因(EML4-ALK)的可行性。方法对20例肺腺癌经皮肺穿刺标本应用荧光原位杂交(FISH)法检测EML4-ALK融合基因。结果20例标本中,19例通过FISH检测成功,检测成功率为95.00%。其中阳性2例,阳性率为10.00%。结论肺腺癌穿刺活检标本可用作检测EML4-ALK融合基因,为靶向治疗提供参考依据。
Objective To test the feasibility of detecting echinoderm microtubule related protein 4(EML4)and anaplastic lymphoma kinase(ALK)fusion gene(EML4-ALK)in lung adenocarcinoma biopsy samples.Methods Fluorescence in situ hybridization(FISH)was performed for 20 lung adenocarcinoma biopsy samples to detect EML4-ALK fusion gene.Results FISH assay was successful for 19 of the 20 samples,with a success rate of 95%.2 of the 20 cases(10%)was positive for EML4-ALK fusion gene.Conclusion Lung adenocarcinoma biopsy specimens can be used for detection of EML4-ALK fusion gene,which provides references for targeted therapy of this disease.
