小儿先天性尿道下裂行尿道成形术后的临床护理分析

摘要
目的探讨小儿先天性尿道下裂行尿道成形术后的综合护理干预效果。方法 64例先天性尿道下裂患儿,均进行尿道成形术治疗,并按照术后护理方案不同分为对照组和研究组,每组32例。对照组患儿术后采取常规护理模式,研究组患儿则采取综合护理模式。对两组患儿手术成功情况、患儿家长护理满意度及围术期并发症发生情况进行比较。结果研究组患儿的手术成功率为100.00%,高于对照组的87.50%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患儿家长护理满意度为100.00%,高于对照组的90.63%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组患儿的围术期并发症发生率为3.13%,低于对照组的21.88%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿先天性尿道下裂行尿道成形术后的综合护理干预效果确切,可提升手术成功率,减少围术期并发症的发生,提高患儿家长满意度,值得临床借鉴。
Objective To discuss the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention after urethroplasty for congenital hypospadias in children. Methods A total of 64 children with congenital hypospadias were divided by different nursing regimens into control group and research group, with 32 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing mode, and the research group received comprehensive nursing mode. Comparison were made on surgical success, parental nursing satisfaction and occurrence of perioperative complications in two groups. Results The research group had higher surgical success rate as 100.00% than 87.50% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The research group had higher nursing satisfaction as 100.00% than 90.63% in the control group, but the difference was no statistically significant(P>0.05). The research group had lower incidence of perioperative complications as 3.13% than 21.88% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention after urethroplasty has a definite effect for congenital hypospadias in children. It can improve the success rate of operation, reduce occurrence of perioperative complications and improve the satisfaction of parents. It is worthy of clinical reference.
