摘要
地下水封石洞油库工程中工艺管道、仪表套管自地面沿竖井垂直敷设至储油洞罐底部,属于地下工程中无法维护的设施。同时,由于管道及套管设置在空间狭窄的竖井中,现场安装困难,因此合理布置工艺竖井管道,是该类工程设计中的一个难点。以湛江某地下水封洞库为背景,结合洞库管道工程实际经验,重点介绍了管道布置、支架设置及泵坑布置等工艺竖井管道设计中几个关键问题的设计处理方法,旨在为今后同类项目的工艺竖井管道布置设计提供参考。
        In the project of underground oil storage in rock caverns, the process pipeline and instrument sleeve are laid vertically from the ground along the vertical shaft to the bottom of the cavern tank, which belongs to the facilities that can't be maintained in underground engineering. At the same time, because of the pipeline and sleeve are located in the narrow vertical shaft, it is difficult to construct on the spot, so the reasonable arrangement of shaft pipelines is a difficult point in the design of such projects. Based on the pipeline project on rock caverns in Zhanjiang and combined with the practical experience of the similar projects, this paper mainly introduces the design methods of several key problems in pipeline design of Shaft, such as pipeline arrangement, bracket arrangement and pump pit arrangement, in order to provide reference for the design of similar projects in the future.
