摘要
采用非平衡格林函数理论,研究了马约拉纳费米子链的Andreev反射行为。数值结果表明,Andreev反射电导具有振荡带的特征,零电压电导率同链上马约拉纳费米子的宇称有严格的对应关系。我们给出了Andreev反射谱上共振点与反共振点同链上马约拉纳费米子数目的宇称之间的关系。
        Using the Keldysh nonequilibrium Green function theory,we theoretically investigate the Andreev reflection of the Majorana fermion chain.The numberical results show that the Andreev reflection conductance develops an oscillating band,zero voltage conductance and the parity of Majorana numbers have a strict relationship.We established an explicit relation between the resonances and antiresonances of the Andreev reflection spectrum and the parity of the Majorana fermions.
