预制钢混塔架新型模板受力性能研究

摘要
以某风电场120m钢混塔架为背景,研究预制钢混塔架混凝土段模板的受力性能,通过ANSYS建模,分析包含内模、外模等构造在内的新型钢混塔架模板的受力情况。研究结果表明:内模面板最大应力44. 0MPa,外模面板最大应力58. 3 MPa,均远小于Q235B钢材的屈服强度,内外模板不会出现弯曲破坏情况;模板整体结构最大变形1. 192mm,出现在外模面板下部,小于模板允许变形值2. 1mm,模板刚度满足要求。预制钢混塔架新型模板能承受后浇筑混凝土所产生的侧压力及电动附着式振动器所产生的激振力。研究结果可为预制钢混塔架新型模板的设计及优化提供参考依据。
        In order to achieve the mechanical behaviors of the template of prefabricated steel concrete tower,finite element model including internal model and external model is set up which is taken 120 m prefabricated steel concrete tower of a wind power station as the background. It is shown that,the maximum stress of the inner panel is 44. 0MPa,and the outer panel is 58. 3MPa,which are all far less than the yield strength of the Q235 B steel,so the template don't appear buckling failure phenomenon. The maximum deformation of the template is 1. 192 mm appearing in the lower of the outer panel,which is smaller than 2. 1mm which is allowed deformation values,so the stiffness of template meets the requirements. The new template of prefabricated steel concrete tower can withstand the pressure generated by the postpouring concrete and the vibrant force produced by the vibrator. The research results can provide reference for design and optimization of the template of prefabricated steel concrete tower.
