摘要
根据铣削加工的特点,采用专用切削加工有限元分析软件AdvantEdge建立仿真模型,对瀑布刃(K<1)和喇叭刃(K>1)的切削加工过程进行模拟,研究形状因子K值对切削性能的影响,最后通过实际铣削试验验证仿真所得数据的可靠性。研究结论对于钝化工艺参数的优化有着参考意义。
According to the characteristics of milling,the simulation model is built by special machining finite element analysis software Advantedge.The cutting process of waterfall blade(K<1) and horn blade(K>1) is simulated to study the shape factor K value for cutting performance.The research conclusions have important significance for the optimization of passivation process parameters.
