重新梳理“数据安全”的概念

摘要
在定义数据、信息和情报的基础上,梳理数据安全的定义,并分析数据技术(DT)时代与信息技术(IT)时代的异同。
Based on the definition of data and information,this paper sorts out the definition of data security and analyzes the similarities and differences between the era of data technology(DT) and the era of information technology(IT).
