习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想与现代性的中国方案

摘要
中国特色社会主义进入了从站起来、富起来到强起来的历史新方位,受到了国际社会的广泛关注并引发了新一轮以求解"中国成功之道"、解密"中国奇迹之谜"为核心议题的"中国模式热":"中国凭什么强起来""中国强起来意味着什么""强起来的中国将走向何方"等。面对激辩性的舆论场和竞争性的思想场中出现的极富挑战性的"现代性话语",中国学界理应对其作出学理澄清并加以积极回应:中国道路正以何种现代性书写了中国特色社会主义现代化的新篇章;中国道路基于何种思想的原则高度彰显了中华民族伟大复兴的现代性质;中国道路究竟能够在多大程度上为人类开启一种新文明类型的可能性。习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想构建了以"五位一体"总体布局和"四个全面"战略布局为基本架构的建设现代化强国的总体方略,书写了紧扣时代主题、符合中国实际、具有中国特色、普惠人类福祉的现代性新篇章,从而为当代人类求解"现代性问题"提供了中国方案,为走出"现代性困境"贡献了中国智慧。
In new era,socialism with Chinese characteristics has stepped into a new phrase:from being independent,being wealthy to being apowerful nation.The international community is fiercely discussing questions such as the way of China's success,why China can create such a miracle,what it means for China to become powerful.Faced with these topics in different arenas,China's academic circle should clarify doubts and respond initiatively.The international community should understand that:China's modernism is a new path for socialist country to realize modernism;it is the core theory of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation;China's path can create a new civilization for human beings.Xi Jinping's socialist ideology in the new era has constructed a general strategy to build a modern powerful country with the overall layout of one five-in-one and four comprehensive strategies as the basic framework.This is a new modern chapter in line with the trend of era with Chinese wisdom to benefit all human beings,solve the"modern problems"by means of China's plan and tide over"modern dilemma"of modern people.
