摘要
目的研究艾滋病人抗病毒治疗过程中ALT、LDH、AST、m-AST、TBIL、DBIL等生化指标。方法选取我市定点医院2016年1月至2018年1月收治的100例艾滋病患者资料为研究对象,通过艾滋病疫情系统数据下载,进行回顾性分析,根据治疗方案中是否存在奈韦拉平(NVP)为标准,研究艾滋病人抗病毒治疗过程中ALT、LDH、AST、m-AST、TBIL、DBIL等生化指标检测结果。结果 NPV组T BIL、DBIL水平相较于非NPV组无明显差异,P>0.05,无统计学意义。非NVP组ALT、LDH、AST、m-AST水平相较于NPV组有明显升高的趋势,P<0.05,有统计学意义;N VP组中血清转氨酶升高1例、黄疸2例、皮疹2例,不良反应率为10.0%;非N VP组中血清转氨酶升高2例、黄疸2例、皮疹3例,不良反应率为14.0%;组间计算χ2值为6.254,P值为0.009,非NVP组显著高于NVP组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论 N VP相较于EF V疗效无明显差异,但存在一定的肝脏毒性,加强对ALT、LDH、AST、m-AST、TBIL、DBIL指标的检测观察,能够准确判断用药时机,值得推广。
        Objective To study the biochemical indicators of ALT,LDH,AST,m-AST,TBIL,DBIL in AIDS patients during antiviral treatment.Methods The data of 100 cases of AIDS patients admitted in our city designated hospital from January to 2016 January 2018 were selected as the research object.Through the data downloading of the AIDS epidemic system,a retrospective analysis was carried out.According to the existence of NVP as the standard,ALT,LDH,AST,m-AST in the process of AIDS treatment were studied.The results of biochemical indexes such as TBIL and DBIL were detected.Results TBIL and DBIL levels in group NPV were not significantly different from those in non NPV group,P>0.05,with no statistically significant.The levels of ALT,LDH,AST and m-AST in non NVP group were significantly higher than those in NPV group,P<0.05,with statistically significant.In group NVP,serum transaminase was elevated in 1 cases,jaundice in 2 cases,and rash in 2 cases,with an adverse reaction rate of 10.0%.There were2 cases of serum transaminase elevation in non NVP group,2 cases of jaundice and 3 cases of rash.The rate of adverse reaction was14.0%,χ2=6.254,P=0.009 in the group.The non NVP group was significantly higher than the group NVP,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion There is no significant difference in the effect of NVP compared with EFV,but there is a certain liver toxicity.It is necessary to strengthen the detection and observation of ALT,LDH,AST,m-AST,TBIL,DBIL,and can accurately judge the time of drug use,it is worth promoting.
