摘要
碳纤维复合芯棒的耐化学介质腐蚀性能与碳纤维复合芯导线的使用安全性和使用寿命密切相关,由此展开对碳纤维复合芯棒耐化学介质腐蚀性能的研究。将碳纤维复合芯棒试样置于水、酸和碱三种不同的化学介质中进行为期30 d的腐蚀试验,进行宏观形貌、微观形貌(表面形貌、内部形貌)、热性能和抗拉强度性能的试验研究。试验研究发现碳纤维复合芯棒在水和酸介质中宏观形貌、微观形貌和抗拉强度变化不大,在碱介质中抗拉强度变化不大,但宏观形貌和微观形貌出现腐蚀。
        The chemical resistance of carbon fiber composite core(CFCC) is closely related to the safety and service life of carbon fiber composite conductor. Therefore, the chemical resistance of CFCC is studied. CFCC specimens are placed in three different chemical mediums of water, acid and alkali for 30 days to carry out corrosion tests. The macro-morphology, micro-morphology(surface morphology, internal morphology), thermal and tensile strength properties of CFCC are tested. It is found that the macro-morphology, micro-morphology and tensile strength of CFCC don't change much in water and acid medium, while the tensile strength of CFCC don't change much in alkali medium, but the macro-morphology and micro-morphology of CFCC are corroded.
