摘要
基于人工智能的实验室元件配送机包括硬件电路和软件系统两部分。系统采用ATMEGA328P单片机作为配送机底部小车控制器、ATMEGA2560单片机作为外围控制器;配送机柜体装置通过超声波测距、红外避障、直流电机PWM驱动使配送机自动行驶到指定位置;外围控制装置利用蓝牙下发指定座位编号到小车控制器,同时点亮对应座位指示灯,且在显示器上显示座位编号等。经过反复试验,配送机能正常行驶到指定位置,稳定性较好。
The Laboratory component distribution machine based on artificial intelligence includes two parts: hardware circuit and software system. The system takes ATMEGA328 P singlechip as the car controller at the bottom of the distribution machine, and ATMEGA2560 singlechip as the peripheral controller. The cabinet device of distribution machine makes the distribution machine automatically drive to the designated position through ultrasonic ranging, infrared obstacle avoidance, DC motor PWM driver. The peripheral control device uses Bluetooth to send the assigned seat number to the car controller, meanwhile, it lights the corresponding seat indicator light, and displays the seat number on the indicator,etc. After repeated tests, the distribution machine can normally drive to the designated position, and the stability of which is good.
