摘要
<正>脑缺血是由于大脑内血管形成血栓或栓塞,导致局部脑组织坏死、凋亡和神经损伤。在治疗脑缺血时,恢复脑部血流供应则会引起再灌注损伤。脑缺血及其再灌注损伤的发病机制复杂,治疗困难。线粒体通过产生能量参与细胞的生命活动,脑缺血后脑组织缺血缺氧导致线粒体功能障碍,引起细胞
