摘要
对于最终用户来说,现今流程工业的分散控制系统(DCS)最大的问题归结于其封闭和专用的特性。在信息技术(IT)飞速发展的年代,这极大地阻碍了DCS的升级迁移和运营技术(OT)与IT的深入高效融合。目前的DCS一般缺乏内在的保护运营、资产设备和其他投资所需要的信息安全。下一代的DCS将采用开放、分布式,具有充分的可互操作性和信息安全的自动化架构,将大量运用开源的云计算技术。论文就这一发展趋势进行了详尽的技术阐述、分析和展望。在今后的DCS和PLC的自动化应用中,容器软件技术定会大放异彩。有效运用容器部署和业务流程编排软件很可能成为未来过程自动化系统成功的关键因素。
For end users, the biggest problem of today's distributed control system(DCS) in process industry automation is due to its closed and dedicated features. In the era of rapid development of IT technology, this has greatly hindered the upgrade migration of DCS and the in-depth and efficient integration of OT and IT. Current DCS generally lacks the inherent information security needed to protect operation, asset equipment and other investments. The next generation of DCS will adopt an open, distributed, automated architecture with sufficient interoperability and information security, and make extensive use of open source cloud computing technology. Detailed technical explanation, analysis and outlook on this development trend are provided. In the future, container software technology will definitely shine in the automation application of DCS and PLC in distributed control system. Effective use of container deployment and business process orchestration software is likely to be a key factor in the success of future process automation systems.
