超声造影评价不稳定型心绞痛患者颈动脉硬化斑块厚度与斑块内新生血管密度的相关性

摘要
目的探讨不稳定型心绞痛患者颈动脉粥样硬化脉斑块厚度与超声造影评价颈动脉斑块内新生血管密度的相关性。方法对71例不稳定型心绞痛患者颈动脉粥样硬化患者的106个斑块行超声造影检查。结果颈动脉不同厚度斑块内新生血管密度分级与斑块的厚度呈正相关(rs=0.537)。结论不稳定型心绞痛患者颈动脉不同厚度的低回声、以低回声为主的混合回声斑块内新生血管密度与斑块厚度呈正相关。
        Objective To explore the correlation between carotid plaque thickness and neovascularization of plaques in patients with unstable angina. Methods A total of 102 plaques on 71 patients with carotid atherosclerosis were examined by contrast-enhanced ultrasonography(CEUS). Results There was a positive correlation between carotid neovascularization of plaques and plaque thickness(rs=0.537). Conclusion In patients with unstable angina, for carotid low-echo and hypoechoic mixed echo plaques in different thickness,there is a positive correlation between the density of neovascularization and the thickness.
