摘要

某公司的免中涂工艺中色漆采用的马尔斯红颜色不同于传统颜色,在喷涂过程中车身产生黑色的漆点。针对如何消除黑色漆点问题,从清洗时间程序调整、换色时油漆加载程序调整、机器人仿型优化、喷涂参数调整等多方面进行了验证解决。
        The Mars-red color used in free-intermediate coating process is different from the traditional color, and the body produces black paint spots in the process of spraying.In view of how to eliminate the problem of black paint spots,the field verification solution was conducted from the aspects of the adjustment of cleaning time program,the adjustment of paint loading program when changing colors,the adjustment of robot imitation and the adjustment of spraying parameters.
