正畸微种植体支抗对错(牙合)畸形影响分析

摘要
目的研究正畸微种植体支抗对错(牙合)畸形的影响。方法选择错(牙合)畸形患者作为本次研究对象,并采用"电脑随机法"将100例错(牙合)畸形患者进行分组,主要包括两组,其中观察组实施正畸微种植体支抗治疗;对照组实施传统治疗,分析两组炎症因子水平、牙周细胞MMP-2、MMP-9表达、矫治时间。结果观察组错(牙合)畸形患者TNF-α(165.98±1.24)μg/L、 IL-1β(125.04±1.35)μg/L、IL-6(61.29±1.82)pg/mL水平均低于对照组,P <0.05。观察组错(牙合)畸形患者MMP-2、MMP-9表达较对照组指标更有优势,P <0.05。观察组错(牙合)畸形患者矫治时间(14.24±1.04)个月,短于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P <0.05。结论正畸微种植体支抗在错(牙合)畸形中具有较高应用价值,能够使其牙周炎微环境得到改善,促进牙周组织尽快修复,值得研究。
        Objective To study the effect of orthodontic micro-implant anchorage on malocclusion. Methods Patients with malocclusion were selected as the study subjects, and 100 patients with malocclusion were divided into two groups. The observation group was treated with orthodontic micro-implant anchorage. The control group was treated with traditional treatment, the levels of inflammatory factors,the expression of MMP-2 and MMP-9 in periodontal cells, and the time of treatment were analyzed. Results The levels of TNF-α(165.98 ± 1.24) μg/L, IL-1 beta(125.04 ± 1.35) μg/L and IL-6(61.29± 1.82) pg/mL in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, P < 0.05. The expression of MMP-2 and MMP-9 in the observation group was better than that in the control group, P < 0.05.The orthodontic time of malocclusion patients in the observation group was(14.24 ± 1.04) months, which was shorter than that in the control group, P < 0.05. Conclusion Orthodontic micro-implant anchorage has high application value in malocclusion, which can improve the microenvironment of periodontitis and promote the repair of periodontal tissue as soon as possible.
