参芪五味子胶囊联合阿普唑仑治疗脑卒中后合并失眠多梦的临床研究

摘要
目的:探索参芪五味子胶囊联合阿普唑仑治疗脑卒中后合并失眠多梦患者的效果。方法:选取2014年5月至2017年8月河流镇卫生院收治的脑卒中后合并失眠患者62例,按照随机数字表法平均分为观察组和对照组,每组31例。观察组患者采用参芪五味子胶囊联合阿普唑仑进行治疗,对照组患者仅采用阿普唑仑进行治疗。结果:2组患者治疗前的睡眠质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P <0. 05)。治疗后观察组患者的睡眠质量评分(8. 46±5. 34)分显著低于对照组患者(15. 74±6. 03)分,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。观察组患者的痊愈率、显效率以及有效率显著高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。观察组患者的无效率显著低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。观察组患者的总有效率为90. 32%显著高于对照组患者为64. 52%,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:参芪五味子胶囊联合阿普唑仑能够显著改善脑卒中后合并失眠患者睡眠质量,延长其睡眠时间的同时提高了患者的睡眠质量,具有显著的治疗效果。
Objective: To explore the effect of Shenqi Schisandra capsule combined with alprazolam on patients with insomnia and dream after stroke. Methods: A total of 62 patients with post-stroke insomnia who were treated in l from May 2014 to August 2017 were enrolled from Heliu town Health Center. The patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table method. 31 patients in the observation group were treated with Schisandra chinensis. Capsules were treated with alprazolam,and 31 patients in the control group were treated with only alprazolam. Results: There was no significant difference in the sleep quality scores between the two groups before treatment. The data were not statistically significant( P < 0. 05). After treatment,the sleep quality scores of the observation group( 8. 46 ± 5. 34) were significantly lower than those of the control group( 15. 74 ± 6. 03),and the data were statistically significant( P < 0. 05). The cure rate,effective rate and effective rate of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the data were statistically significant( P < 0. 05). The ineffectiveness of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the data were statistically significant( P < 0. 05). The total effective rate of the observation group was 90. 32%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group( 64. 52%). The data were statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Shenqi Schisandra capsule combined with alprazolam can significantly improve the sleep quality of patients with insomnia after stroke,prolong the sleep time and improve the sleep quality of patients,and has significant therapeutic effect.
