IL-28B基因多态性在三大常见肝病中的研究现状

IL-28B基因属于新型干扰素λ家族,是一种与I型干扰素相关的二级细胞因子受体配体。这些配体在调节微生物中起着关键作用。国内外研究表明,IL-28B基因多态性与肝病的发生、发展、病毒自然清除率、治疗效果以及遗传具有相关性。本文就IL-28B基因多态性在三大常见肝病中的研究进展作一综述。
The IL-28B gene belongs to the novel interferon lambda family and is a secondary cytokine receptor ligand associated with type I interferon. These ligands play a key role in regulating microorganisms. Studies at home and abroad have shown that IL-28B gene polymorphism is associated with the occurrence and development of liver disease, natural viral clearance rate, therapeutic effect and heredity. This article reviews the research progress of IL-28B gene polymorphism in three common liver diseases.
