摘要
近年来,各学科与培训迁移相关的研究数量激增,鉴于此,本文对影响培训迁移的因素进行了综合性、分析性的综述。综述融合了管理学、人力资源开发(HRD)、培训、成人学习、绩效改进和心理学等学科中关于培训迁移的实证研究,并归纳出了影响迁移的主要因素:学习者特征、培训干预的设计与实施、工作环境的影响——目的是找出对培训迁移有重大影响的变量以及亟待弥补的研究差距。文章对相关文献进行了批判性评论,并为今后的理论和实证研究提供了建设性指导。
