外源淀粉酶在肉鸡日粮中的应用

摘要
淀粉是由α-1,4糖苷键或α-1,6糖苷键连接葡萄糖单位组成的聚合物。根据营养学分类,淀粉可分为快速消化淀粉、缓慢消化淀粉和具有抗消化性的抗性淀粉。在动物体内,这些抗性淀粉不能通过胰淀粉酶分泌量的变化来充分消化利用,需要向饲料中额外添加外源淀粉酶,来提高淀粉在近端胃肠道的消化利用率,同时减少后肠微生物对淀粉的利用。文章综合论述了饲料原料中的淀粉类型和外源淀粉酶在肉鸡日粮中的应用。
        Starch is a polymer consisting of α-1,4 glycoside bond or α-1,6 glycoside bond connecting glucose units.According to the classification of nutrition, starch can be divided into fast digestion starch, slow digestion starch and resistant starch. In vivo, these resistant starches can not be fully digested and utilized by the change of amylase secretion. It is necessary to add exogenous amylase to feed to improve the digestive efficiency of starch in the proximal gastrointestinal tract and reduce the utilization of starch by hindgut microorganisms. In this paper, the starch types in feed materials and the application of exogenous amylase in broiler diets were comprehensively discussed.
