面向农村宅基地1∶2000高分辨率影像简易调查法

摘要
针对农村宅基地调查成果未落地、农村土地产权信息难溯源、图属不一致、城乡地籍管理不衔接等突出问题,首先从农村宅基地权属调查入手,明确权属调查基本原则,然后分析基于1:2 000高分辨率航空影像开展面向农村宅基地简易调查方法的技术流程、权籍调查要求、数据库模型及其质量评定,与传统大比例尺地形图地籍调查方法比较,结合广东省龙川县省级试点实际,该方法能够满足一般经济地区开展宅基地调查需要。
Aiming at the outstanding problems such as the failure of rural residential land survey results, the inconsistency of the rural land property rights information, the inconsistency of map ownership and urban and rural cadastral management, we started with the investigation of tenure in the investigation of rural house sites, clarified the basic principles of ownership investigation, and analyzed the technological process, cadastral investigation request, database model and its quality assessment of rural residential land simple survey method based on 1∶2 000 high resolution aerial images. And then, we compared with the traditional large scale topographic map cadastral survey method. Combining with the practice of Longchuan County Guangdong Province pilot project, the method can meet the residential land survey needs in general economic areas.
